Homeowner is reporting too much humidity in the home causing issues in Pickering, Ontario. Found that the HRV is on constantly and this gets in the humid air from outside on hot days. The air conditioner has been working good, as per the homeowner. Recommended to have a dehumidifier in the basement during the summer. Explained about the hrv switch in the basement which can remove excess humidity during other days. The furnace filter is fine, showed how to clean the exterior exhaust grill for the HRV. It's working fine.No other issues are seen otherwise.

Homeowner reporting Lyric thermostat is not working in Pickering, Ontario. Thermostat was warm to the touch. Replaced thermostat and set it up. Thermostat is working good now.

Enbridge shut off gas and tagged for this home in Pickering, Ontario. Gas leak at brass fittings as per red tag. Gaskets failed. Replace piping gaskets and tightened nuts to 50 newton meters spec. Soap joints and no leaks. Dial test system for 20min and no leaks. Issue resolved.
