Great service after initial scheduling error my

Shawn is very professional, conscientious, knows his stuff and explains the results. He arrived on schedule, with the necessary equipment and materials, and left the site as clean as it was when he arrived. The first appointment (not with Shawn) was cancelled the day of service. When the first appointment was made I confirmed that the fuel filters were in stock and what work was required. The scheduling process was inconvenient as I had taken a day off without pay to be home for the appointment. I found out when I called at 11:00 am to see if a tech was still on schedule to arrive for the morning appointment and was told the tech was running behind schedule and the appointment would have to be rescheduled. I expressed my displeasure and indicated that the previous year’s appointment had also been cancelled on the day of service and I had found out when I called to check status. I received a call back regarding my displeasure and was informed that a gas tech had been erroneously scheduled by Martino HVAC instead of a fuel oil / boiler tech. An appointment was made for 3 weeks later with a fuel oil tech and consideration was made for the inconvenience of the scheduling error. Had it not been for the scheduling error I would have rated the service as excellent and other subcategories would have been rated higher.
